Excellent Staff Made My Stay!

The room was very clean and tidy. There were tea and coffee facilities. The staff was both friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and spacious, and shower worked very well.

the staff were lovely and helpful. the food tasted delicious in the restaurant. i liked that the hotel was super clean . the bar staff was nice too and i found the drinks enjoyable.
the tv had limited channels and the phone did not work in the room.

the double room included a king-sized bed with clean linens and multiple pillows there was also a desk with adequate lighting and accessible power outlets the bathroom had fresh towels and toiletries.

the reception staff was available 24/7 they were able to answer questions about local attractions. housekeeping provided daily cleaning and fresh linens. the restaurant staff offered prompt and courteous service during meal times.

unpleasant smelllack of cleanliness
My stay experienced significant issues. I noticed a strong, unpleasant smell when I entered the room. It seemed as if the room had not been properly aired out for a long time and cleaning staff did not remove trash from previous guest.
